USVI Pick-Up / BVI Highlights

Day One
Unwind in Paradise at Lovango Cay

Welcome Aboard! Glasses of bubbly, colourful cocktails and delicious snacks will be ready for your enjoyment during the safety briefing and yacht orientation.

Start your journey in St. Thomas and sail to Lovango Bay’s pristine beauty on St. John. Relax on powdery sand, soak in crystal-clear waters, and witness breathtaking sunsets. On the way to Lovango Cay, your Captain can add any stop such as Dinghy’s on Honeymoon Beach, Swimming with the dolphins in Brewers Bay or even the Aquarium for a family adventure.

Once you settle in, those who would like to explore Cruz Bay, St. John for a little bit of shopping can go with your captain whilst he clears everyone out of the country in customs and immigration for the next step of the adventure. Those who would like to stay on the boat can enjoy crystal clear waters and snorkel the vibrant coral reef of Lovango Cay.

Bask in the sunset of the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands and enjoy your first night on board in paradise.

Day Two
Brave the Freebooters Gangway & Snorkel the Indians

Cruise to Soper’s Hole for customs and immigration and then, once you are all happily settled in, HQ2 will fill her sails and brave the “Freebooters Gangway” (Sir Francis Drake Channel) heading to the BVI’s notorious Norman Island, reputed to be a favourite hangout for pirates while legends of buried treasure still persist.

Once our anchor is set, we immediately set off in the dinghy for some spectacular snorkeling at The Indians, an

underwater labyrinth of coral gardens and brightly coloured reef fish.

Upon your return, you may notice a bottle floating between the hulls. Pop the cork and find an old weathered

treasure map which will send those willing, off on an epic treasure seeking adventure, all the while discovering all

that Norman Island has to offer.

We highly recommend one of the many scenic hikes on the island, before cooling down with a refreshing drink on a

beautiful beach. Pirates Bight Restaurant is a great spot for a refreshing drink and some afternoon fun with their

beach games. Then head off to the boisterous and lively Willy T’s, a floating restaurant that rides afloat a rather

convincing pirate ship, to have wild nights of partying aboard. The ambiance is casual and often riotously fun! Be

sure to have some “shotski’s with your crew mates before all taking a leap off the pirate boat into the crystal waters

below. End the perfect day with sundowners aboard HQ2, watching a spectacular sunset.

Day Three
Norman To Cooper Island / Peter Island

Enjoy your morning cappuccino out on deck soaking in the incredible views and crystal clear waters. Get some exercise on a paddleboard and then work up an appetite snorkeling the caves at Treasure Point.

After a hearty breakfast, flop yourself into a comfy beanbag on deck and enjoy the lazy sail to Peter Island, a picturesque beach and a great place to stop for lunch where we can anchor stern to the rocks ashore, creating your very own private
swimming pool where you can relax and socialize on floating chairs with the music playing and drinks flowing.

There is not much at Little Harbour, except blissful, wonderful solitude and it’s the perfect spot to experience some fun on the water – tubing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking and under the water scootering, snorkelling and subwinging. The abandoned cigar factory and mansion – first built in the 1920S is also worth a visit for those wanting to stretch their legs.

Some downtime can be enjoyed on the cruise over to Cooper Island. Cooper Island is an eco-resort with a triple

filtered treatment system, solar powered desalination plant, vegetable gardens (Jeffery is the resident horticulturist)

and it’s very own Rum Bar boasting a collection of over 280 Rums. Cooper Island also has it’s own Brewery. They

brew their own beer so as to avoid waste from cans.

Fantastic snorkel sites filled with octopus and lobsters or socialise around a sunken bar table in the crystal clear

ocean waters, sipping cocktails.

Day Four
Cooper to the Enchanting Baths of Virgin Gorda

Wake up in Paradise and enjoy all that’s left unexplored before we set sail to the infamous Baths on the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda.

For the sensible folk, the crew will ensure a prompt taxi ride to the Baths and for the more adventurous, a swim ashore from the mooring lines is always a fun alternative. Nevertheless, both groups get to thoroughly enjoy a day exploring this natural wonder composed of gigantic granite boulders that form caves filled with crystal clear water and soft white sand. Hike through these giant boulders to find Devils Bay, a popular snorkeling site. Enjoy some refreshments at Poor Man’s Bar or a lunch at The Top of the Baths, alternatively, your chef would be happy to pack a delicious picnic for you all to enjoy on the beach. We do recommend dinner at the stunning and festive Coco Moyo Restaurant, alternatively, a beautiful anchorage

awaits.

Optional: Let the crew take you on a tour around the island, after your adventure at the Baths, drive to the very top of Virgin Gorda to Hogs Haven for lunch or a drink and bask in the unbelievable views over the islands, including Anegada. Then, take a short trip down the road for a photo shoot in front of Virgin Gorda sign and then back down the hill to the festive Coco Moyo Restaurant for Dinner.
